Energy Audits

Every energy project starts with a study of your current energy consuming systems. We evaluate existing mechanical systems and detail the quantity of energy that each system is consuming. We have the training, experience, and required test equipment to do a thorough evaluation of any system.

Once evaluated, we will present available options along with the cost to implement the conservation measures and the projected energy savings.

• We will summarize this information in the form of a cash flow statement where we will identify the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of each energy conservation investment.
• You can then compare the (IRR) of each specific energy conservation measure against that of other investments.
• In most cases, the New York State Education Research and Development Authority, (NYSERDA) will cost share the cost of an Energy Audit on a 50/50 basis.
